Unknown Element
FYI.
For anyone that has book a weeding, portrait shoot or any other photographic event, its still good. I didn't just take your $300 dep. and went out and purchased privet jet and flew to my privet island somewhere tropics (altho I thought about it). No I did the mature thing and spent it on cheep booze and women. Any how if we have a contract and your check didn't bounce like a basket ball we are still good. Just taking a break for a bit thats all. No need freak out and panic and call me at odd hours of the night wondering if I skipped town. But if there are any questions or issues with your event my phone # and email are still good.
This site is dedicated to my photos and what photography means to me. I had website set up for wedding photography, however right now I am taking a break from that. I still like having the site, but this one is setup for only my stuff. Photography is still my passion, but I am putting the camera down for a bit. Just doing other things now.
The first time I fell in love with the camera was on a trip to lake Tahoe with family. I must have been about 12 or 13 years old. A friend of the family that came with us had a nice SLR and showed it to me. I saw all the buttons and switches and knew right away that this was something I wanted to play with. Maybe it was because it had the three things that I have been into to my whole life, technology, the ability to freeze a moment in time and the ability to capture a image.
Technology, I have been into gizmos and gadgets from the day I was born.Digital cameras today are so advanced and do more then I ever imagined. Time, it’s been an obsession of mine since I got my first watch. I really can’t tell you why or what it is about a piece of equipment that can measure a moment or even seem to stop it. Pictures freeze a moment forever, a moment that will never be repeated again in exactly the same way. Images are like snowflakes, no two are ever exactly the same.
I have learned, that the images taken by people are a double edged sword. In one way, an image can bring so much happiness and joy to a person, and it can stay with you forever. It is something that you look back on and it will always make you smile. Others are images that can ruin a person, change them forever. A image that gets burned in you mind like a brand on a cow or horse. One images can bring happiness and joy to one person and then that same image can bring such hate, sadness, and waterfall from another persons eyes.
To me there 3 types of images that love to take. The designed, you know the ones where you you put people in a place and tell them how to stand place them self's. Its really challenging for me to do this. Then then the scenic, just being able to try to capture a image that nature has created has been a long and hard process that I am still trying to master. And the last and most rewording one is the one I call the unknown element.
Where to start
